67pk Terms & Conditions

By accessing the 67pk platform at https://67pk.pro, creating a player account, or placing any bet or wager on any game or sports market offered by 67pk, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the 67pk Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately discontinue your use of the 67pk platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any updated Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all versions of the 67pk platform, including the mobile-optimised web experience accessible via Pakistani mobile networks and Wi-Fi connections across Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, and all other cities and regions within Pakistan.

Access to the 67pk platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a hard minimum — no exceptions are made under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual private player and not on behalf of any corporate entity or third party.
• You are acting entirely on your own account and for your own personal entertainment purposes.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period, whether imposed by 67pk or any other gaming operator or regulatory body.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or close family member of a 67pk employee or contractor in a role that could create a conflict of interest.

67pk reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driver's licence. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 67pk will result in suspension of account access and withholding of withdrawal processing until verification is complete.

To access the full range of 67pk services, including sports betting, casino games, instant games, and PKR deposits and withdrawals, you must register a player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani contact number, and a valid email address.

One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active 67pk account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 67pk will close all duplicate accounts, and any balances held within those accounts may be forfeited without prior notice.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 67pk login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. You accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your 67pk account. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify 67pk support immediately at [email protected].

Accurate Information: You warrant that all information provided during registration and during any subsequent verification process is true, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

• Registration is free of charge. 67pk does not charge any account opening or maintenance fee.
• Players must register using their own personal payment methods. Using a payment method registered to another person is prohibited.
• 67pk reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide reasons.

All financial transactions on the 67pk platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 67pk does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. The following payment methods are currently accepted on the 67pk platform:

• JazzCash — Instant deposit and withdrawal processing, available 24/7.
• EasyPaisa — Instant deposit and withdrawal processing, available 24/7.
• Raast / 1LINK — Interbank instant transfer; processing time approximately 5–10 minutes.
• HBL / UBL Online Banking — Processing time 15–30 minutes during standard banking hours.
• Meezan Bank Transfer — Processing time 15–30 minutes during standard banking hours.
• Cash Over-the-Counter — Same-day credit to your 67pk PKR balance.

Deposit Conditions: Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed within the 67pk cashier interface and are subject to change at 67pk's discretion with reasonable notice provided to registered players.

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to identity verification requirements being satisfied. 67pk reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above specified thresholds. Withdrawal processing times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside 67pk's control, including Pakistani banking system availability and public holidays.

All bets and wagers placed on the 67pk platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market, as published within the platform interface. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and Conditions and the specific rules of a game or market, the specific game or market rules shall prevail in respect of that specific game or market only.

Sports Betting: All sports betting markets, including cricket, PSL, and other international sporting events, are subject to settlement rules published in the 67pk sportsbook. Bets are accepted and settled in accordance with official results as recognised by the relevant sporting body. 67pk reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error or where the integrity of the event is in question.

Casino Games: All 67pk casino games, including live dealer tables, slots, Fortune Bingo, and Money Wheel, use certified random number generators or live dealer protocols verified by independent third-party testing laboratories. Results are final once generated and no retrospective claims will be accepted except where a verifiable technical malfunction is documented.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets and are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.
• 67pk reserves the right to limit bet sizes on any market or game at its sole discretion, including for individual player accounts, without being required to provide reasons.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or betting event, 67pk's decision regarding settlement shall be final and binding, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in Clause 12.
• Bets placed after the closure of a market or after the commencement of a sporting event (except in designated live in-play markets) will be void and stakes returned.

From time to time, 67pk offers bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, deposit matches, and other promotional incentives to registered Pakistani players. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements not satisfied within the stated time limit will be cancelled automatically.
• Game Eligibility: Not all 67pk games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages by game type are published in the individual promotion terms.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each registered 67pk player is eligible to claim each promotion once only. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times, including via duplicate accounts, is prohibited.
• Abuse Prevention: 67pk reserves the right to withhold, amend, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to convert bonus funds to withdrawable cash with minimal genuine risk.

67pk is committed to promoting responsible gambling behaviour among all registered players in Pakistan. The platform provides a comprehensive set of self-management tools accessible from within every registered player account. These tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your 67pk account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum net loss threshold over a specified period. Once the threshold is reached, further betting activity is automatically paused for the remainder of the period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. Once the session time limit is reached, you will be automatically logged out of your 67pk account.
• Reality Checks: Configure periodic on-screen notifications reminding you of the duration of your current gaming session and your net win/loss position.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 67pk platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to applicable authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to interact with the 67pk platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or software errors in any 67pk game or system to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or being complicit in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or the manipulation of any sporting event on which 67pk offers betting markets.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, particularly poker or live dealer formats, in a manner designed to gain an unfair collective advantage.
• Registering or operating more than one 67pk player account.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or using funds that have been obtained through unlawful means.
• Attempting to launder money through the 67pk platform. 67pk maintains full anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and will report suspicious transactions to applicable financial intelligence authorities.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Accessing the 67pk platform using a virtual private network (VPN) or other geo-masking technology for the purpose of circumventing access restrictions.

All content published on the 67pk platform, including but not limited to the 67pk brand name and logo, website design, user interface elements, game graphics, text, software, and data compilations, is the exclusive intellectual property of 67pk or its duly licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 67pk platform solely for your own personal entertainment purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 67pk content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any 67pk software or application.
• Create derivative works based on any 67pk content or intellectual property.
• Use the 67pk brand name, logo, or any associated marks in any manner that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without express written consent from 67pk.

Any unauthorised use of 67pk intellectual property constitutes infringement and 67pk reserves all rights to pursue legal remedies available under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 67pk's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the 67pk platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

67pk shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct or indirect, foreseeable or unforeseeable:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings arising from any interruption to, or unavailability of, the 67pk platform.
• Loss or corruption of data arising from platform use.
• Any loss arising from reliance on information published on the 67pk platform, including odds, statistics, or match data.
• Service interruptions caused by Pakistani network conditions, internet service providers, mobile network operators, or other third-party infrastructure outside 67pk's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses of any nature.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Termination by Player: You may close your 67pk account at any time by contacting 67pk support at [email protected]. Upon receiving a valid closure request, 67pk will process any eligible outstanding withdrawal and close the account within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any required verification checks.

Termination or Suspension by 67pk: 67pk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• 67pk reasonably suspects fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise improper activity associated with the account.
• A player fails to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements, including the 21+ age requirement.
• A player has applied for voluntary self-exclusion.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require the account to be closed or restricted.

In cases of termination for breach, 67pk reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, 67pk may forfeit the account balance in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. In all other termination scenarios, any verified PKR balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable under 67pk's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or your use of the 67pk platform shall be resolved in the first instance through 67pk's internal dispute resolution procedure, as follows:

• Step 1: Submit a formal written complaint to 67pk support at [email protected], describing the nature of the dispute in sufficient detail and providing all relevant account and transaction information.
• Step 2: 67pk's support team will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
• Step 3: If you remain dissatisfied with 67pk's response, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated under 67pk's international gaming licence.

Players acknowledge that the outcomes of all settled bets and completed casino game rounds are final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution process described above. No retrospective claims will be considered in respect of events for which official results have been confirmed by the relevant sporting authority or game provider.

These Terms and Conditions were last updated on 1 January 2026. 67pk reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the 67pk platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
